Veteran’s Club believes in fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among Service Members, Veterans, First Responders and their Families. As we navigate life together, there will be times when each of us needs a little help. Whether that means help with housing assistance for homeless veterans, career transition, clinical supportive services, referrals to partnering agencies, or immediate needs (when the budget allows). Please fill out the application below and let us know what you are seeking assistance with. Please note that our Veteran’s Club Assistance Program (VCAP) is run by dedicated volunteers. Our assistance programs are specifically designed to help Service Members, Veterans and First Responders, and their Families. We reserve the right to ask for proof of service at any time.
